My current experience with the Hampton at Coral Ridge had been absolutely awesome! The manager Marisa is always super friendly and personable. The property is always looking great thanks to Doug the maintenance supervisor who does a great job and always finishes work orders in a timely manner. The property is very pet friendly (Marisa keeps dog treats in the leasing office). I think this would be a great property for anyone whether you have kids, you are single, married, retired, or in college.

I'm a big review reader myself, so I wanted to make sure I left a good review of the HCR. If you ever get the chance to move into a unit there make sure you jump on it! If my job wasn't relocating me to Des Moines I wouldn't consider leaving. The staff here gave me an awesome experience moving into my first 'big boy job' and 'big boy apartment'. It's also fun telling your friends back home you live in a branch of the Hampton's

I recently got a job offer in Iowa City, so I have talked to several landlords inquiring about available unit. Marisa and Mike at the Hampton at Coral Ridge Apartments were the most cheerful and helpful among the landlords I've talked to. Since we have a 5 month old baby, we wanted a place where we can have our own washer/dryer inside our home and this place fits our needs, not to mention the convenient access to public transport, nearby shopping mall, grocery stores, etc.

I have had the best rental experience of my life with the Hampton at Coral Ridge. The management is superb, on site 9-5 M-F for questions/concerns; very accessible. The maintenance is phenomenal with a maintenance man who lives on site and will help you whenever/however you need it. They are also pretty much the only place that allows pets in the area, almost everyone here seems to have them. It is a very pleasant, safe little community-I've already renewed my lease.

I have lived in the Iowa City/Coralville area for several years now. This is by far the best place I have lived. The staff is amazing, someone is always on call if you have an emergency, and the office holds regular hours (a rarity around here). Maintenance is exceptionally prompt and if they can't fix it, they bring in someone who can.

I have been at Hamptons for over three years and have been totally pleased with the apartments...they respond very quickly when things need to be taken care of. The grounds are kept up and free of trash. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful...The area is safe and quiet and crime free...love it here! marissa is awesome!

Have been living at Hampton since last July and everything has been amazing with them. The apartments fairly spacious and well kept inside. The out side is always very clean, do not see trash or other debris around the builds.

I'VE LIVED @ THE HAMPTON'S AT CORAL RIDGE APTS FOR 9 1/2 YRS..THIS IS TRULY MY HOME..I FEEL COMFORTABLE, SAFE & SECURE!!!..THE GROUNDS ARE NEATLY KEPT AND THE STAFF IS GREAT!!..ANY PROBLEMS OR REPAIRS I'VE NEEDED FIXING WERE ALWAYS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER.

This place provides a quite, safe, and very friendly area. The caretakers are extremely helpful, and always in for a good laugh. The maintenance guy always puts a smile on you and does a very good job. Although we had to arrange the rental from Europe, all was arranged perfectly, and communication was smooth and swift.

We loved living at HCR for 3 years. We moved to another city, but we wish we were back! This property is well cared for and well managed. They use facebook to post occasional updates and that is also my preferred way to contact them for requests. They respond promptly to maintenance requests (our refrigerator broke and we had a new one within 2 hours... ridiculous). The dog park is awesome. We made a lot of friends while hanging out there, and so did our dog.

We have truly enjoyed our time at the Hampton at Coralridge. From our first meeting with staff through to the end our experience was above and beyond what we expected. When we moved in our apartment was clean and well maintained. The closets were plenty big and so were the rooms. If we ever did have issues maintenance was always friendly and very helpful.

I have so many wonderful things to say about the Hampton at Coral Ridge. The management was exceptional, maintenance was up-to-date and any issues were taken care of right away, the neighbors were friendly, the complex is pet friendly and is an excellent place to call home. I am sad to leave; I am only moving because my family has expanded and we got a house. I highly recommend the Hampton at Coral Ridge for housing!

The best place in the entire Croalville, IA. Close to the biggest mall in the region. Amazing Manager ( Mrs. Marisa Gordon.) Incredible neighbors. Plenty of parking space. Unbeatable. We were here for two years. Thank you Marisa for your incredible job. We love you.

The best apartment I have ever lived in after living in several apartments in Iowa City. Very attentive staff with onsite office make sure everything gets taken care of as soon as possible. The residents all seem fine as all are grad students or mature adults. An onsite fenced in area that acts as a dog park is a definite plus to any dog owner. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to move to the Coralville area.

We recently signed our lease to move into the Hampton at Coral Ridge in July, and I couldn't be more excited!! The office team has been absolutely wonderful in helping us get the things we needed together to get our place there. My boyfriend, dog and I lived at the HCR for about a year and a half. HCR is by far the best apartment complex in Coralville! We thouroughly enoyed living in our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom town-home. HCR is one of the only pet-friendly complexes in the area. Not only are they pet-friendly, they are pet-accomodating. Our dog loved going to the dog-park, located on the complex to run around and play with all of his buddies!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton at Coral Ridge Apartments. Nice community, nice neighbours, very well connected to Iowa City with two buses, safe, quiet. I don't have any complain after the two years i lived there, with my wife and two pets (and is not easy finding a pet-friendly apartment in this area !)

Marisa & Doug, I just wanted to say thank you for the past three years! The Hampton At Coral ridge truly is the greatest apt and landlord I have ever had. You are both wonderful at your jobs! I will continue to recommend the complex to anyone I can!

Marisa & Doug, I never did officially thank you both for the recycle bins. They are a huge relief for me since I cant drive. I thought I would have to take it all on the bus with me! Its another example of why this is a great complex to live in!
